Student Conduct & Drug & Alcohol-Free Campus Policy

Dear Students,
I hope your semester is progressing well.
This is a friendly but important reminder to all students about our expectations regarding student conduct and maintaining a safe, respectful, and drug- and alcohol-free campus environment.
As members of our university community, you are expected to:
  • Conduct yourselves in a responsible and respectful manner at all times.
  • Treat fellow students, staff, and visitors with dignity and courtesy.
  • Comply with all university rules, policies, and regulations.
  • Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Please be reminded that the possession, use, distribution, or being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol on campus is strictly prohibited. This applies to:
  • Classrooms and lecture spaces 
  • University offices and facilities
  • University events and activities, whether on or off campus
  • At any location within the university campus 
Any breach of the Student Code of Conduct, particularly regarding drugs or alcohol, will result in disciplinary action in accordance with university regulations. This may include suspension or dismissal.
